Overview:
Southeast Urogyn, a practice partner of Together Womens Health (TWH), an industry leading network of medical providers in the womens health field, is adding a?Call Center Representative to their team. This role is the first point of contact between patients and providers.
Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming calls while always providing outstanding customer service.
- Answer patient questions and provide information regarding office hours, procedures, and directions.
- Schedule appointments and provide follow-up calls.
Qualifications:
- Strong commitment to providing excellent patient care and support.
- Manage multiple calls and perform tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with call center software, EHR (Athena preferred) and basic computer skills.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology and healthcare procedures.
