Job Description - Overview
Mardel, Inc. Warehouse is looking for an Order Puller that can work a Full-Time schedule between hours of 7am to 3:30pm, Monday through Friday; some Saturdays and over time. Starting pay is $18.50 an hour!
Ideal candidate should be willing to work in a fast-paced environment, work overtime as needed, cope with tight deadlines and complete tasks with precision.
Functions:
- Accurately pull order quantities and prepare merchandise for shipment to stores
- Follow established procedures that guide and support a highly organized process
- Maintain a strong daily work pace in order to maximize team efforts
- Demonstrate a cooperative manner and the desire to promote good team interaction
- Display commitment to follow all company policies and procedures
- Display commitment to follow all company security / safety policies and procedures
Job Description - Requirements- Detail-oriented skills required
- Willingness to learn & master new tasks quickly
- Have strong organizational and time management skills
- Must be at least 18
- Must pass drug test & background check
- Work overtime as needed
- Maintain high levels of productivity
- Lifting and physical effort is required for gathering materials in a warehouse environment (40+lbs)
- Good listening and communications skills
- Able to work well individually & within a team
- Forklift experience preferred
