For a limited time MaineHealth is offering up to $2,500 Sign on bonus for all eligible Administrative Team Specialists/Receptionists!
* Eligible candidates are hired (offer accepted) into a Full time position. Bonus amount prorated for Part time hires, per diem hires are ineligible.
* Current MaineHealth member employees are ineligible; former MaineHealth Members are ineligible until greater than 6 months separation from employment.
* Position Summary
The Receptionist/Administrative Team Specialist provides financial and administrative support for the specified office. This position is responsible for organizing, coordinating, and performing office duties as assigned. Customer service focused, problem solving, critical thinking, clear written and spoken communication, time management, good judgment and decision making, computer competency.
* Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
* Education: High School diploma is preferred. Associate Degree in Office Practices is preferred.
* License/Certifications: N/A
* Experience: 2+ years of prior experience working in a healthcare, human services or business office setting is required.
* Prior computer software experience using word processing, spreadsheets and databases is required
