Comp plan break down:
80 starting on all sales for new agents. The comp plan goes all the way up to 130%. Your commission level is earned by the volume of your monthly sales.
Our average commission for a new agent is $800 per sale
No hoop to jump through.
No waiting 30-90 days for commission.
No gimmick.
There is absolutely no cap on the amount of commissions you can earn either.
if a new agent sells 10 policies ($1000 average commission per policy) @ an 80% compensation level, they would get paid $8,000 in commissions (75% of that upfront, 25% at the end of the year)
PLUS you get overrides on agents who you hire. You ll make an extra 5-20% override commission on the sales that they generate
