Office Administrator Summary

American Hardwood Industries, a leading producer of hardwood products is seeking a Part-Time Office Administrator for our Warm Springs, VA location. This is a part time opportunity working for a world class hardwood lumber manufacturer.

Office Administrator Responsibilities:

  • All Location Administrative duties
  • Receptionist responsibilities such as answering a multi-line phone system
  • Data Entry
  • HR duties including hiring and other duties as assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
Office Administrator Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • 2+ years experience in an office environment - preference given to those with manufacturing background
  • Must be able to multi task and work in a fast paced office environment with little supervision.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Take directions from multiple managers.
