The ideal candidate will have a background in team management and food service management and possess strong leadership skills. If you have a passion for the hospitality industry and excel in fast-paced environments, we want to hear from you. Oversee daily operations during assigned shifts. Manage and lead a team of employees to ensure excellent customer service. Coordinate with staff to maintain quality and efficiency in food production. Manage customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally. Assist with training new employees on company policies and procedures. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.Job Type: Full-timePay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 hours per week.

What we expect from you
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should have experience in one or more of the following areas:
Food service management Food handling and production A minimum of 2 years of quick-service restaurant management experience is required. Full-time, Part-time available Up to 40 hours per week Availability for morning, midday, and evening shifts, including weekends. Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong customer service skills and a great attitude are required. Reliable transportation is required: Broken Bow, OK 74728License/Certification: ServSafe or similar certification (Preferred) Must obtain TX Food Handlers Card before employment can begin.
