We are seeking candidates for Food Handler roles on the 1st shift. Hours for this position are from 8:00am-6:00pm, Monday through Friday. These facilities produce egg products such as omelets, French toast, breakfast sandwiches, burritos, and hard-cooked eggs.
What a Food Handler will do:
- Load products onto the production line
- Fold and roll products such as wraps and omelets
- Sort and inspect products for quality assurance
- Check product weight and ensure it meets specified standards
- Bag finished products
- Assemble and prepare boxes for shipping and distribution
- Fill sanitizer buckets and ensure proper use of cleaning agents
- Wash buckets and parts used in the production process
What you need to be a Food Handler: - Ability to count, tally, read a digital scale, and correctly record data
- Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and managers
- Ability to follow all Food and Personal Safety Guidelines including GMPs and HACCP
- Excellent hand-eye coordination
- Ability to lift 40 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
- Must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced environment
