Administrative Assistant
Fish Window Cleaning is currently hiring for an administrative assistant in Butler, PA
We are looking for courteous, self- motivated and friendly individuals that pay attention to detail. NO EXPERIENCE IS NECESSARY!! We clean glass from 1 to 3 stories at commercial and residential locations including retail locations, office buildings and malls

Typical Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM (6 hours per day)
Pay $12.00 per hour
This position is responsible for accounts receivable, customer service and day-to-day office duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answering Phones
- A Customer Service
- Creating bank deposits
- Collecting current and past due accounts
- Entering and processing credit card payments
- Entering payments into the Fish 3 database
- Creating and maintaining relationships with National Maintenance Companies and their payment processes
- Training window cleaners on completing invoices and work orders properly
- Filing all necessary paperwork
- Preparing and sending notes to customers
- Making reminder calls for scheduled cleanings
- Preparing formal bid proposals for potential customers
Qualifications: Must have working knowledge of Word, Excel and Outlook. This position requires proven customer service skills. Office related experience is preferable. High School diploma/GED required.
Compensation: $12.00 per hour
