What you'll do:

• Increase candidate flow for all 8 Encore privately held companies by using various job boards.
• Manage multiple open requisitions at once.
• Work with hiring Manager to identify qualifications and traits of a hire.
• Once, hiring Managers decide whom to interview, conduct initial pre-screen interview.
• Collaborate with our leaders, to facilitate executive hiring needs.
• Contribute to new ideas for improving the recruiting process and operations while assisting with related projects.
• Ideally, you won t be using outside recruiters because you will have figured out a process for finding the right person with the right background and the right traits
