Position at JBS USA PRODUCTION CLERK-GROUND BEEF JBS FOODS- SOUDERTON, PENNSYLVANIA - Administrative Support of Ground Beef management in Souderton, Pennsylvania. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Effective communication skills with individuals at all levels, internal and external to the organization. Answering phones, prepare correspondence and documents. Following approved Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring internal controls are strictly complied with. Accurate data entry, reporting and update / create spreadsheets. Other projects and duties as assigned. Daily filing and administrative duties. Requirements:Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook) preferred. High level of critical thinking, logical thinking and analysis and/or reasoning to identify underlying principles, reasons or facts. Ability to work efficiently independently or as part of a team.
