Property Manager - Onsite - $20-$29 HourlyOne of our newest Clients is looking for a experienced Property Manager to join their team in the Sioux City, IA area. As the Property Manager you would be representing multiple Luxury Apartments'/Lofts, fundamentally responsible for the success of all aspects of the property management operation of properties all while leading a dynamic team consisting of leasing agents, maintenance technician, & porters.What you will do as a Property Manager:Hire, mentor, and lead team membersContinuously spearhead & the development & refinement of policy & procedure within the company to reflect industry best practicesEnsure all Properties policy & procedure, government regulations and lender regulations are in compliance across all properties.Prepare resident notices, manage service ticket.Ensuring resident satisfaction.Perform unit walkthroughs & inspectionsWhat you need to be successful as a Property Manager in this role:High school diploma/GEDMinimum of 2 years experience in a Property Manager role, at a Luxury property and 3 years experience as a Leasing Agent OR 5 years as a Site Manager.Strong and pleasant people skillsLeadership experienceWhat do you get out of being a Property Manager besides personal satisfaction:Salary -$20-$29 HourlyHealth Care, Dental, VisionPTOFor more information, call Ashley Gervasi @ 712-###-#### or email ...@aventure.com!Aventure Staffing is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
