Requirements:

Qualifications:

RN or LPN License in State of Wisconsin is required
1 Year of Home Health experience is preferred
Associate's degree required

Work Location: Within and surrounding areas of West Bend, Wisconsin

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $37.00 - $45.00 per hour
