Position: Territory Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Sales Excellence: Achieve sales quotas, market share growth, and other business objectives within cardiology.
Customer Development: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including cardiologists and specialists, through daily calls and networking activities.
Business Analytics and Planning: Utilize expertise in business analytics, marketplace dynamics, and clinical knowledge to implement a compliant and efficient business plan.
Technology Utilization: Utilize technology to analyze sales results, track outcomes, and update customer account documentation efficiently.
Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners, fostering two-way lines of communication.
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor s degree.
- Minimum of two (2) years of direct selling experience in the healthcare industry.
- Valid driver s license.
- Ability to travel 100% throughout the specified territory-position subject todaily and / or overnight within a defined territory.
- Residence in the specified geography or willingness to relocate.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in selling to Cardiologists and related specialists.
- Knowledge of the U.S. healthcare industry.
- Bilingual proficiency in both Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
