Customer Service Representative
Responsibilities:
- Requesting & sending buyout and trade-up quotes to sales representatives on all leasing programs
- Entering credit applications online
- Obtaining additional required information for application process
- Reviewing orders at the end of the month and making any necessary changes or obtaining any additional information before forwarding to leasing companies
- Ensuring we receive funding for dals in a timely manner
- Processing company lease payoffs and buyouts
- Handling lease account when notified of lease account past due notating on service and sales side of account being past due
- Returning authorization for leasing company
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Experience in a customer service and/or accounting role
- Strong phone communication skills
- Strong Excel and Word skills
