**Job Purpose:**

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is Infinity from Marvins liaison to our customers as they take their journey through their window and door replacement. The primary area of focus for this role is to schedule and confirm all necessary appointments to complete our customer projects, including but not limited to, sales appointments, technical measurements, installations, and job walkthroughs. The incumbent communicates directly with customers and coordinates the schedules of the Infinity from Marvin staff to ensure that all aspects of the project are assigned and covered. Additional responsibilities include interacting with customers in our showroom, taking truck inventory, filing job permits, and helping other teams and coworkers as needed.

The Customer Service Representative continually strives to ensure Infinity from Marvins customers receive the best possible experience across every homeowner touchpoint. The Customer Service Representative is an enthusiastic go-getter with a can-do attitude that is passionate about giving a great customer experience.

**Essential Functions:**

* All-Around customer scheduling from initial consultation through the post-installation walk through while being able to follow a script. Stages include Initial Consultation, Technical Measure, Installation Scheduling, Post-Installation Follow Up Walk Through, and Customer Service/Repair.

* Complete inbound and outbound calls with energy and enthusiasm. Communicate with customers via phone, email, text and webchat.

* Be the professional face of Infinity from Marvin to showroom visitors and assist them with showing and explaining our products and services. Ensure that the showroom and reception areas are always clean and presentable, appropriately reflecting the Infinity from Marvin brand.

* Complete all aspects of job processing, including scanning and/or attaching customer-related paperwork, processing job permits, communicating with project managers and assisting them with daily tasks, and creating invoices and work in QuickBooks.

**Additional Responsibilities:**

* Understand the Infinity from Marvin brand identity and products to be an effective ambassador of both

* Accurately input data into our CRM system.

* Be an assistant to our staff in the field with all scheduling and customer needs.

**Qualifications:**

* High school diploma or equivalent.

* High attention to detail, highly organized, ability to prioritize, leadership ability, strong communication.

* Solid understanding of and experience with Microsoft Office programs and QuickBooks.

* A positive attitude, a customer-centric mindset, and a drive to perform.

* Have a strong level of energy and enthusiasm on a day to day basis.
