Industry: Fortune 50 Telecommunications Company

Duration: 5+ month contract (until the end of 2024)

Location: Philadelphia, PA (hybrid; 4 days onsite, 1 day remote)

Pay rate: $40-$45/hr


The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the Creative Services Team and internal/external partners in creating digital and print content. This position will be responsible for concept, design and production of both digital and print deliverables and managing projects from creative brief to execution.


Responsibilities:

  • Turn technical information into digestible graphics and presentations.
  • Translate conceptual strategy into persuasive executions, ideas and concepts in a variety of creative and consultative ways, while maintaining visual appearance, usability, and brand continuity.
  • Meet with clients or the art director to determine the scope of a project
  • Use digital illustration, photo editing software, and layout software to create designs
  • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message
  • Design layouts and select colors, images, and typefaces to use
  • Present design concepts to clients or art directors
  • Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing


REquirements:


  • Experience working across print and digital creative with a focus on brand.
  • Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite
  • Production knowledge is preferred.
  • 3D experience is a plus.
  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and a positive, flexible attitude.
  • Must be a team player with an openness to feedback and direction
  • A demonstrable understanding of industry standards, trends, design processes, methods, and tools.
  • A portfolio featuring beautifully designed projects showcasing a strong understanding and creative approach, illustration, typography, iconography, photography layout, infographics, social media campaigns and brand identity.
  • ability to look at the bigger picture in a creative campaign, have great written, verbal, and personal communication skills.
