**Description**

**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**

* Take incoming calls from customers answering retail product and account questions, taking orders, and processing account maintenance requests.

* Provide excellent service in all aspects to customers.

* Maintain team environment through flexibility and positive attitude.

* Maintain product knowledge to facilitate sales goals through all means provided by the company as well as self-sustained education.

**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**

College Student progressing towards a business degree from a 4 year or technical school.
