Job Details
The Forklift Loading Operator is job classification CRE Loading Tech and is assigned to 2nd shift (6 PM - 2:30 AM, occasionally will be required to begin shift earlier) and paid $24.42 per hour (plus shift differential). Health and welfare benefits begin on date of hire.
Core Functions:
* Operates Palletizers, Fork Trucks and other equipment associated with bag loading.* Maintains a clean and orderly work area.* Prepare vehicles for loading, loads and performs final coopering and sealing of those vehicles.* Assumes responsibility for proper fork truck operation and daily maintenance.* Other duties as needed to enhance the overall operation.
Qualifications:
* Ability to operate forklift and achieve Bunge mobile equipment training and qualification and maintain qualification thereafter.* Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with co-workers, customer, and leadership is required.* Ability to read, write and perform basic math for business-critical record keeping and compliance is required.* Education/Experience: High School Diploma or GED, although preferred is not required.* Need to have the capability to work in a team environment and maintain positive working relationships with other colleagues.* Able to work a flexible work schedule and overtime when needed.* Performs work in a manner that is in compliance with all policies and GMP rules. Reports any conditions that may put product quality at risk.* Performs work in a safety conscious manner that is in compliance with all policies and procedures* Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.* Reports any conditions that pose a safety risk to personnel and/or property.
