Location: 100% On-site, Marin, CA (SF Bay Area)


Overview:


Now hiring an Architectural 3D Renderer to work with our client in the luxury lifestyle space.

This position will work as part of the rapidly expanding Architectural Rendering Department.


This role requires an architectural background and/or superior spatial planning and design abilities. The ideal candidate will have advanced 3ds Max and rendering skills, including complex texturing and lighting. For this role being creative, collaborative and very organized is a must.


What You ll Do:

  • Collaborate with architecture and design teams to produce rapid iterations of renders, graphics, illustrations, and presentation materials to visually communicate design intent, concepts, and design options
  • Fine-tune and add photo-real complexity to Sketchup and Revit-based 3D models of entire buildings and spaces to study materiality, spatial quality, details, and overall design of projects from sketches, references, and verbal instruction.
  • Produce numerous iterations of high-quality, photo-realistic imagery of architectural interiors, exteriors, and design details to help support the architectural project development.


What You ll Bring:

  • Advanced knowledge of 3Ds Max and Adobe Photoshop. Knowledge of Revit, CAD, Sketchup and/or Rhino a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of the following rendering software Corona, V-Ray, or equivalent such as Twin Motion, Lumion or Enscape (Unreal Engine a plus!)
  • A portfolio showcasing design style and experience with the above programs
  • Background or degree in Architecture
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with great attention to detail Strong organizational skills and the ability to work on multiple projects at the same time
  • The ability to proceed with projects proactively, meet deadlines, and be open to work demanding hours when the project requires it
  • The desire to be part of a team, a willingness to accept direction and critique from creative directors and project managers, and the flexibility to embrace change enthusiastically
  • The ability to work calmly and comfortably in a high-pressure environment
  • The ability to proactively identify opportunities or challenges within the scope of developments and actively find solutions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
