JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. Valid Driver License or State ID
2. 2nd Form of ID (Passport or Social Security Card)
3. COVID Vax + Booster
4. TB Test
5. Car Registration (if applicable)
6. Car Insurance (if applicable)
7. Home Care Aid Registration (Fingerprint Background Check) ($125 Initial Cost $100 Reimbursement when training is complete)
8. Drug Test *In or our office*
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
1. Working with Developmentally Disabled Adults
2. Hands-on Personal Care Assist/Grooming
3. Using a Wheelchair
4. Changing Adult Diapers
