As a Warehouse Worker at XTalk Prep Consultants, you will be responsible for the accurate and efficient handling of inventory and shipments. You will play a vital role in maintaining the flow of goods, ensuring that our operations run smoothly and effectively. This role requires a strong attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work well in a team.
Key Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials.
- Pick and fill orders from stock.
- Pack and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring stock is properly stored and easily accessible.
- Perform inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety regulations.
Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseRequired Skills & Abilities:- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a warehouse worker or similar role.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Physical stamina and strength to handle heavy items and stand for long periods.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team.
