The global leader in multi-axis force measurement, load cell systems, and testing solutions is looking to add a Production Technician to their team in Watertown, MA, just west of Boston. This team is committed to the constant evaluation and refinement of their products to best meet the needs of the clinical, research, and high-performance sports communities they serve.
They are seeking a highly motivated self-starter to join the technical production team. The role requires an individual with a mechanical aptitude, hands-on capabilities and high attention to detail.
You would be joining an international and innovative technology company committed to improving force-measurement technology and advancing biomechanical research. Their market-leading force platforms, joint simulators, force-instrumented treadmills and multi-axis transducers are trusted worldwide by top scientists, researchers and sports professionals.
- Mechanical aptitude and dexterity for working with small components, and hand tools
- High attention to detail
- Experience working with electronic components, soldering, wiring, basic programming skills are highly desirable but not required
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and inspect your own work
- Ability to do basic data entry and collaboration using software on a computer
- Possess strong communication and collaboration skills, and be comfortable working in a small team environment
- Possess growth mindset, you know that your abilities can be improved through hard work, good strategies, and continuous feedback
- Are capable working alone or in a small team off site.
- Can lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
Base salary, $65 - $70K. They offer a 401k, medical, dental, vision, and life coverage, PTO, and a monthly bonus potential.
