We're looking for a Sales Division Manager for our client, Oliver Fire Protection and Security!

Responsibilities:- Meet planned growth, profit, and customer retention goals through leadership and management of staff
- The position will strive to exceed customer expectations by satisfying their needs in a timely, cost effective and high-quality manner
- Plan, organize, and staff key office and field positions to support overall department goals and objectives
- Schedule, assign, and direct work of department staff
- Review construction contract documents and coordinate with general contractor/owner and sub-contractors, and gather the required information for design scope and shop drawing preparation
- Review of specifications and bid documents
- Provide a billing breakdown for AIA billings and bill jobs monthly in a timely manner
- Issue all closeout documents including certifications & warranty, and As-Builts
- Maintain sales information in CRM database
- Attend walk throughs, visit customers, and steady involvement with relevant associations
- Meet or exceed given sales goals, departmentally and individually
- Build customer relationships through prospecting and estimating
Requirements Estimating and Project Management experience in Construction, Fire/Security, HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical or related experience
Displayed excellence in managing a team of employees
Ability to be prompt and courteous when interacting with co-workers and Clients
Must have a vehicle and maintain a clean driving record with valid driver's license
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel and Word) and BlueBeam
Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background verification check.

This position does include entry into Oliver's Incentive Compensation plan, which is variable compensation based on team and individual success.
