Overview:

We are currently seeking a skilled Desktop Support Technician with 5-7 years of experience in IT support. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Windows 7 and 10 systems, Active Directory, wireless technology, and RF scanners. This role will primarily involve providing technical assistance and support for desktops, laptops, and related hardware and software within a warehouse/distribution environment.

Qualifications:

5-7 years of experience in IT support roles, with a strong focus on desktop support.
Experience with Windows 7 and 10 operating systems.
Proficiency in Active Directory user management and permissions.
Knowledge of wireless technology, including configuration and troubleshooting.
Experience configuring and maintaining RF scanners, preferably within a warehouse/distribution environment.
Onsite fulltime
May be a need to travel to other locations within a 2-hour driving radius for support & project purposes if it cant be done remotely.
Work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Must be onsite, dependable, reliable & work independently and with a larger team & teams.
Supporting PCs, Tablets, printers (LaserJet & label), RF scanners, and day to day worker related IT issues.
It would be best if the candidates are as close as can be to the addresses to lessen the daily commute.
