Job Summary of the Director of Projects position
Integr8staff seeks a proven Director of Projects (with high-end/ luxury hospitality and architecture experience) for a highly visible and promising role near Beverly Hills, CA.

Responsibilities of the Director of Projects position
Oversee the management and delivery of multiple design projects across private residential, luxury hospitality and commercial sectors, acting as the primary point of contact.

Lead the design development, drawing, and documentation processes for projects, and manage scope, schedule, and budget during construction. This includes coordination with clients, contractors, and fabricators.
Supervise the submission of drawing sets, including specifications, technical production and code compliance.
Develop and oversee project milestones and timelines, ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables.
Lead, mentor and motivate design teams, identifying and facilitating professional development opportunities.
Manage design team requirements, including resource planning and allocation
Contribute to studio activities, initiatives, and learning programs, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Requirements of the Director of Projects position
Bachelor s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture

10+ years of related experience at a high level with proven samples of work
A successful track record of managing multiple interior design and architectural projects end-to-end, including luxury hospitality and private residential.
Must have experience in Rhino and Enscape, AutoCAD, Revit, and relevant software.
Ability to originate and develop design concepts, leading teams through all project phases from inception to completion.
Exceptional leadership and management skills, with the ability to multitask and oversee numerous projects simultaneously.
Extensive experience in Construction Administration (submittal, RFI, ASI/IDSK review/response, and consultant coordination).
Excellent written and verbal communicator, with the ability to lead client and internal management meetings effectively.
Proven ability to maintain existing client relationships and actively participate in new business development
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
