Legal Recruiting Manager

They currently have an opening for a Legal Recruiting Manager that can be located in their San Francisco or Silicon Valley office.


Our client does have a hybrid work schedule of 3 days in office and 2 days remote.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee On-Campus Recruiting including planning and executing on-campus and call-back interviews.
  • Evaluates resumes, participates in strategy planning, and provide statistical reporting and updates.
  • Manage Northern California summer programs, including event planning, work assignment allocation, coordinating work evaluations and processing final reviews.?
  • Oversee planning orientation, offers, tracking attendance at events, and work with outside vendors as needed.
  • Assist with OCI process, developing recruitment methods, sponsorships and other proposals for participation at law schools.?
  • Assist with firmwide recruiting, retention, and diversity initiatives.?

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor s degree required.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience, at a law firm.
  • Strong organizational skills, and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Willing and able to participate in weeknight events required.
  • Local and Firmwide Travel is sometimes needed.

Salary: Up to 150K with some flexibility depending on experience.
