Billing Customer Service


Job Details

Our client is hiring a Billing Customer Service Representative to join their team.

Day-to-Day in this position:

  • This person will be responsible for taking incoming customer calls about billing questions, explaining their benefits and what is owed and returned voicemails.
  • Looking for someone with insurance experience that is comfortable on the phone talking with patients about their bills.
  • Someone with EMR experience (centricity/Athena ideal), Bilingual in Spanish is ideal and any speciality experience would be great!
  • Will interview with Valerie and Kaylin either onsite or virtual if needed


3-5 Must Have Skills/Qualifications

Must have patient phone experience talking through bills

Must have insurance experience and some EMR

Nice to Have Skills

IVF or specialty experience would be a big plus

Bilingual in Spanish

Centricity/Athena experience

Schedule/Shift

M-F 7:30 - 4:30

Lunch 12-1
