Reputable manufacturing company is looking for a full-time AR Specialist role company here in Pewaukee, WI (53072). This role will be contract-to-hire and is looking to interview/start immediately!
Pay: $22-24/hr + Benefits
Address: Pewaukee, WI (53072)
Schedule: M-F, 9:00am 5pm (1 hour lunch)
Hybrid: No, 100% on-site
Principal Duties:
- Responsibility for providing complete and accurate invoices and credits to our customers; electronic deposit of checks; application of vendor/customer payments
- Provide timely feedback, regarding invoicing errors that occur and help drive change to reduce or eliminate their root cause
- Timely processing of all invoice adjustments and credits
- Electronic deposit of checks
- Application of customer payments
- Process credit applications and set up new customer accounts
- Other duties as assigned
Must Have:
- High School Diploma
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Microsoft Office
