Supports the vision and growth of fundraising events and activities that contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the Development Events team. Responsible for implementation, management and execution of all special events assigned by the Regional Director. Coordinates with Communications and Marketing department to ensure assigned special events receive maximum exposure. Essential Duties Responsible for supporting fundraising strategy, managing event logistics, implementing all details for assigned events, including silent and live auctions, training and orchestrating volunteer activities. Responsible for working with event vendors and managing contracts with great emphasis on attention to detail to ensure compliance of both parties. Assists the Regional Director in establishing plans with specific goals and timetables to execute fundraising events. Drafts event correspondence, including, but not limited to proposals, emails, and vendor and donor presentations.
