Job Summary This position is responsible for the assembly and repair of Premier O.E.M. products.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education Requirements

High School

Experience and Training Requirements

No experience required. 3-5 years of manufacturing experience preferred.

Must be trained in evaluating rotational molded component quality, trimming, flaming, assembly, and repair.

Exerts up to thirty pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently

Technical Skills

Demonstrate competence in required job skills and position specific knowledge including

Ability to perform Trimming, Routing, Flaming, and Assembly operations within required efficiency and quality standards.

Quality

Promote quality standards consistent with customer expectations and Premier O.E.M.s mission and values.

Productivity

Complete a sufficient amount of work on schedule. Actively seeks ways to improve and streamline processes.

Professional Courtesy

Demonstrate honesty and fairness in interpersonal relations. Remain open to new ideas/approaches.

Demonstrate financial prudence, does not waste supplies/materials. Seek out ways to reduce costs.
