**Description**
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities:**
* Operating a given ride, with a strong focus on guest safety
* Assisting guests on and off the attraction in a safe manner
* Assuring that all aspects of the ride cycle comply with normal safety procedures
* Maintaining a clean and safe environment for guests and fellow team members
* Assisting guests with any questions or concerns that might arise
* Enforcing all Six Flags policies
* Assisting in other areas of the Rides Department when requested
* Performing other incidental and related duties as required and assigned
**Skills and Qualifications:**
* At least 16 years old
* Must be able to stand/walk for up to 5 hours at a time and as many as 16 hours a day.
* Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
* Be comfortable communicating with large groups of guests
* Be available to work flexible hours at night, on weekends and holidays
