Job Description
We are currently looking an administrative professional with at least 1 year of office experience. This position is for full time, regular employment at our corporate office, located in Orange, CA.

Typical duties for this position include:

  • Data entry for a variety of projects
  • Prepare documents & presentation materials, using a variety of software applications and programs
  • Review and distribute documents
  • Telephone and email correspondence
  • Maintain multiple schedules
  • Other administrative duties, as needed
Experience and Skills
Qualified applicants are friendly, articulate and dependable individuals, who possess the following knowledge, skills & abilities:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful; capable of finding solutions and solving problems
  • Interest in learning new concepts and willing to participate in training activities
  • Proficient in using various software applications & programs including Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook & Word)
  • Familiar with office equipment such as scanning/photocopy devices, telephones and pc's
  • Minimum of two (2) years prior administrative experience
  • Professional work ethic
  • Ability to effectively prioritize & organize assignments, to meet deadlines
