The IT Specialist will serve as the lead point of contact for staff and participants regarding network operations. They will be responsible for keeping agency systems up-to-date, and ensures the proper operation of all "production" hardware and software. The IT Specialist will manage the acquisition, installation and maintenance of the organization's local area network associated hardware/software as well as forecasting reasonable needs according to existing infrastructure.
