Miller Brother Staffing in York, PA has the immediate need of experienced Maintenance Mechanics.
Pay Rate - $25-$30/hour based on experience
Shift: Friday-Sun 6am-6pm

Job Description/Duties - Seeking full time maintenance mechanic with a strong mechanical and electrical background.Will be doing repair of machinery which will include set-ups & adjustments.
- Responsible for all maintenance associated with production equipment
- Building maintenance and repair.
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical components and industrial machinery, electrical wiring, controls, and steam.
- Maintaining and repairing plumbing systems.
- Must have prior experience in troubleshooting three-phase equipment
Responsibilities/Requirements: - Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must have 3-5 years of industrial mechanical maintenance experience
- Must have a very strong background with electrical systems
- Diverse background in troubleshooting mechanical systems as well as electrical control circuitry and pneumatics
- Experience with hydraulic systems
- Must be able to understand schematics
- Must have strong knowledge of computer systems
- Must be self-motivated and work independently
- Will be doing preventative maintenance of machinery and facility maintenance
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must have a positive attitude and exceptional work ethic
- Technical understanding, Equipment Maintenance, Power Tools, attention to detail.
- Strong electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic experience.
- Ability to work in a team environment and a diverse workforce.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Regularly required to push/pull/move 50 lbs. or more. Occasionally ascend/descend a ladder to service equipment
- Must be able to detect/trouble shoot and operate motorized and heavy equipment.
- Able to work in environmental conditions, inside and outside to include cold temperatures.
- Regularly required to operate/move machinery, must be able to exchange accurate information.
- Frequently position self to maintenance/ service equipment, including under or over equipment.
- Required to use all personal protective equipment provided by the company in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Must be flexible and able to work overtime and weekends.
Physical Demands Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds.Must be able to do repetitive shoveling of material.Must be able squat, bend, twist, kneel, and stand for duration of 8-hour shift.
