Receive and check in parts: Receive and match delivered parts to repair orders. Ensure all parts are placed and accounted for on the parts cart for technicians. Inspect delivered parts for quality: Inspect parts for damage upon delivery. Return incorrect parts: Immediately process the return in the system and mark part(s) for vendor pick up. Monitor deliveries: Regularly communicate with vendor on parts status and commuinicate information with the team. Coordinate parts invoicing: Ensure parts invoices are posted in Crash Champion's estimating platform - make corrections as necessary Qualifications Parts experience required.
