We are seeking a skilled and reliable Forklift Operator to join our team at a leading building supply distributor. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating forklifts to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise. You will work both outdoors in the lumber yard and indoors in the warehouse, requiring the ability to work in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and rainy environments. Key Responsibilities: Operate forklifts to load and unload materials and deliveries, and move them to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks. Perform routine maintenance on forklifts and other equipment. Adhere to safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy by conducting regular counts and checks. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and accurate order fulfillment.
