Receiving and successfully resolving member service requests via the telephone or internet, mediating requests for service and possessing the skill sets to achieve proficiency in two other business lines within the MSC futuristically. Also required the ability to sell and promote various products and services. Specialists are empowered within guidelines, to make service-policy exceptions on the member's behalf from an MRM perspective, ensuring member retention and satisfaction. Trainees must meet goals at the minimum standard/threshold by the end of the 90-day training period. Job Details.
