You ll report to a Warehouse Supervisor or Process Manager and work closely with other team members to accomplish a variety of warehouse tasks. Join us at: 6725 S. Todd Blvd, Tukwila, WA 98188. Note: Starting in 2026, operations at this location will transition to a new, highly automated, 500,000 square-foot warehouse in Gresham, Oregon. Throughout this transition, we ll seek to retain as many team members as possible in the new location or in other local Grainger facilities. Facility reassignments will occur over many months with opportunities for relocation assistance, and we will treat all team members with fairness and respect as we ve always done over our 96-year history.Shifts, Pay, and Benefits: Day shift: Distribution Center Associate FT Monday - Friday with 9/9:30am start time Pay starting at $23.70/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $24.90/hourBonus eligible for individual and building performance Night shift: Distribution Center Associate FT Sunday - Wednesday Night 4x10 shift (four, 10-hour days) from 9pm - 7:30amPay starting at $23.70/hour with three raises in 12 months bringing your pay to $24.90/hourBonus eligible for individual and building performanceAnnual Pay Increase & Quarterly Stay Bonus:In 2024, all team members will receive a $1/hr pay increase as a stay incentive. In 2025, it will become a $2/hr increase as a stay incentive. In addition, all team members will receive a $1,500 bonus for each quarter they employed through building closure. Relocation Assistance: Interested team members will be eligible for relocation assistance in moving to our new Grasham, Oregon, facility in 2026.
