We are seeking a dynamic Guest Services Manager to support our General Manager and ensure seamless daily operations. This role functions as the heartbeat of our property, collaborating with other departments to ensure the highest level of service for our owners and guests.

Duties Include:

  • Oversee all front desk processes and support, including working 2nd shifts, and 3rd shifts as needed.
  • Manage staffing, training, coaching, and scheduling for the 24-hour front desk team. Supervise employees and front desk operations.
  • Address and resolve any guest or owner concerns.
  • Maintain daily oversight of common areas, ensuring compliance with condominium rules and regulations, and assist with special projects.
  • Financial management, including reviewing owner statements, submitting invoices, tracking spending and reviewing budgets.

Location: St. James Place , Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Compensation: $65,000-$75,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule: Varied schedule/ 40 hours per week. Days, evenings, weekends, holidays required.

Minimum Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years experience in HOA or Hospitality/Guest Services leadership
