Ensure adherence to established safety standards and proactively communicating and addressing issues for the plant supporting a zero-accident culture. Assemble cartons, apply and pack cases according to case specifications. Label boxes with correct labels and dates. Stack completed product onto pallets in proper configurations. Inspect the quality of product, packaging and finished boxes alerting the machine operator or supervisor of any issues. Check packages of product for proper weight, code and label information. Address quality or production issues as directed. Work proactively in a cross-functional team with diverse groups of people. Complete in-process quality checks and data entry related to production and equipment Proactively identify, communicate, and where applicable, address safety and equipment-related issues. Assist with daily sanitation as required to maintain clean areas and equipment including removing trash and running compactor.
