What You'll Do

This Client Partner, Director role will be responsible for managing an emerging account based in Kansas City.

  • Delivery Quality - Ensure all active projects at the client are consistent with Slalom's outstanding level of work
  • Drive Revenue- Direct revenue responsibility of $10MM+ and overseeing revenue and utilization goals
  • Client Management- Build relationships with senior and C-suite stakeholders and navigate challenges
  • People Management - Provide guidance, supervision, and coaching to team members within the account
  • This is an on-site role based in Kansas City

What You'll Bring
  • 10+ years of management/leadership experience; primarily from a consulting or professional services firm
  • Extensive project delivery experience, including all aspects of project/program management
  • Excellent negotiation skills, with the ability to work through adversity to achieve the common goal
  • Previous experience with P&L (Profit & Loss) ownership and revenue targets
