**Key Responsibilities:**
* Build a solid Residential Sales team that exceeds sales goals
* Collaborate with senior leadership to develop sales quotas and strategies to grow the Guardian brand
* Set and track sales targets and K.P.I. metrics for the Residential Sales team
* Monitors employee productivity and motivates the team to reach daily sales goals
* Coordinates team activities and projects to meet project timelines
* Implement sales incentive programs and contests to increase employee performance
* Provide coaching and training for Residential Sales team members
* Conduct regular opportunity and K.P.I. review meetings with the team to ensure achievement against targets
* Report to senior management on sales metrics, opportunities, and risks
* Ensure accurate and complete information is captured in the customer relationship management (CRM) system by providing weekly data integrity checks
**Experience/Competencies Required:**
* Some college or equivalent working experience required
* Five years of sales experience required
* Two years of sales team leadership required
* Excellent sales and customer service skills with proven negotiation skills.
* Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
* Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members
* Thorough knowledge of territory, market, and customers
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Positive, outgoing, results-oriented, ambitious, team leader
* Ability to motivate the team to consistently meet and exceed sales quotas
