Bachoco USA is seeking a Customer Service Representative for our Central Offices in Fort Smith, AR.

Summary: Handles all phases of customer service for food service and retail accounts. Works closely with sales team to ensure customer care and satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
  • Handles pricing entry into OK system/Communicates pricing to customers when needed
  • Provide solutions to potential problems with assigned accounts
  • Assists with deductions/Assist in Managing Accrual Monies for assigned accounts
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
  • Work closely with scheduling, transportation, and accounting when needed to ensure customer care
  • Performs other duties as required.
  • Maintain a positive, and professional attitude towards customers always.

Education and/or Experience: High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization. Good communication skills - oral and written

Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Computer Skills: To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Order processing systems; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
