National law firm is seeking a litigation attorney for their Philadelphia office.
Experience: 3-5 years in litigation, ideally with motor vehicle incidents, construction litigation, and premises liability
Requirements:
- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar
- Proficiency in drafting pleadings and dispositive motions
- Experience in managing written discovery
- Ability to take and defend depositions
- Proven track record in handling oral arguments
