Phillips-Medisize, a Molex Company is an end-to-end provider of innovation, development and manufacturing solutions to the pharmaceutical, diagnostics and medical device industries. Our New Richmond, Wisconsin location is seeking individuals for a Production Coordinator role to support manufacturing of injection molded parts and automation assembly.

Shift: 12 Hour Rotating Nights, 5pm - 5am + 14% shift differential

One week you would work two days on, two days off and three days on, the following week you would work two days off, two days on and three days off.

What You Will Do

  • Ensure consistent training of operators per customer requirements and controlled work instructions
  • Proactively ensure SOPs/WIs and work orders are accurate, updated, and available at the start of a production run
  • Coordinate necessary production staff and supporting documentation for Engineering builds, and Schedule Manufacturing Operators to jobs, their breaks, and their rotations
  • Monitor the GDP and GMP of the work cell and work orders ensuring proper signoffs and timely completion of checks. Review work order to avoid lot failing due to inadequate signoffs or missing data
  • Communicate with Production Supervisor on any schedule concerns or constraints
  • Perform as a back-up for the Production Supervisor in their absence
  • Effectively communicate and give directions with the support staffs to be proactive
  • Enter in data into trackers or charts for production
  • Use SAP and MII to close out work orders and pull in new production orders
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
  • Associate's degree in manufacturing or related field OR 2+ years of related experience with scheduling, people management, or inventory control in a manufacturing environment
  • 1+ year of (ERP) system management experience
What Will Put You Ahead
  • Proficient computer skills including ERP systems
  • Experience in continuous improvement and process facilitation
