The Associate Premier Wealth - Spanish Bilingual role handles inbound calls from new and existing Empower customers on all retail products and account types. The primary goal is to support callers with all aspects of their account needs. The candidate will have

expertise and experience servicing Empower Customers and be a subject matter expert with Empower s systems and platform

The core business hours for this position is 9:30 am Mountain Time to 6:00 pm Mountain Time.

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional service and support to Empower s retail customers while effectively explaining retirement concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

  • Demonstrate a detailed knowledge of Empower s customer experience, product offerings and processes.

  • Manage a wide array of service requests including account opening, asset movement,

    facilitating

    trades, and maintenance needs on Empower s retail products.

  • Handle inbound and outbound call volume based on priority and workflow volume.

  • Assist

    clients with

    trading of Equity, ETF, Mutual Fund, Options and Fixed Income securities in an inbound call center setting.

  • Serve as a peer mentor

    SME

    and trainer for new hires within the call center

  • Deliver a responsive client experience by taking ownership, delivering

    accurate

    information, and collaborating with internal business partners

    in response to escalated customer situations.

  • Create a positive service experience by confidently navigating problems and finding solutions independently.

  • Navigate between multiple systems, internal modes of communication and resources while simultaneously engaging in client phone calls.

  • Educate customers on financial solutions and tools offered by Empower.

What you will bring

  • Bachelor s degree, business or finance preferred.

  • 2+

    years customer service experience in financial industry

  • Experience trading in equities, fixed income and options preferred

  • FINRA Series 7 and Series 63

    required

  • FINRA fingerprinting upon hire

Base Salary Range

$48,300.00 - $66,450.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
