Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze and design computer functions, programs, and applications.
- Define technology solutions to enhance business decision-making, focusing on complex, multidisciplinary business problems with long-term implications.
- Develop comprehensive Microsoft Visio flowcharts to visualize and communicate process workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for accurate documentation.
- Support project teams in implementing technology solutions.
- Manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring all documentation is provided and updated to meet project timelines.
- Communicate effectively with technical teams and document business and IT information according to agreed processes and procedures.
