** Forklift (Cherry Picker/Standup Forklift) - Earn Up to $22.90/hour**
**Shifts Available**
Day Shift, $17.90 an hour (Additional PIT overlay +$2/hour through 3/26/21 on Front and Back Half Days)
* Front Half Days, Sun-Tues 530am to 530pm (36 hours/week)
* Back Half Days, WedSat 6am to 430pm (40 hours/week)
Night Shift, $17.90 an hour (+ $.25 shift differential on FHN & $.50 shift differential on BHN)
* Front Half Night, Sun-Wed 6pm to 430am (40 hours/week) - Additional PIT overlay +$4/hour through 3/26/21
* Back Half Night, Thurs-Sat 5pm to 5am (36 hours/week)- Additional PIT overlay +$5/hour through 3/26/21

**Purpose**
* Safely operate any assigned powered industrial trucks (PIT) such as forklifts, stand up order picker/ cherry picker as well as other powered equipment to move product around the distribution center. Accurately process orders in and out of the distribution center.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Utilize powered equipment, pick and put away product efficiently and accurately, as assigned by supervisor
* Utilize computerized warehouse management systems (WMS) and radio frequency (RF) scanners to process all barcoded products
* Identify and communicate exceptions to the leadership team
* Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Accurately record production by task and complete any necessary paperwork
* Ability to work overtime as needed
* Flexibility to train and work in multiple areas
* Identify, report, and follow up on any property damage or safety concerns
* Work safely and maintain a clean work environment
* Participate in Lean Six Sigma activities
* Other duties as assigned

**Knowledge Skills and Abilities**
* Ability to attain an adidas certification to safely operate any assigned powered equipment, including but not limited to: order picker, turret truck, reach truck, powered pallet jack and sit-down forklift
* Basic math skills
* Ability to communicate both verbally and written in English
**Essential Physical Functions**
* While performing the duties of this job, the employee is:
* regularly required to talk or hear; sit, stand or walk; use fingers, hands, arms and feet to feel, handle, grip, grasp, lift, operate, push and pull for up to twelve (12) hours/day
* able to work safely at high levels, upwards of thirty-five (35) feet
* able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures
* able to reliably attend work/scheduled hours
* required to safely operate power industrial equipment as noted above
* occasionally required to sit; bending, twisting, climb or balance; lift and carry items such as boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds; and stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl
**Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications**
- High School diploma
- Previous experience operating a forklift
