**Event Coordinator**

We are looking for an Event Coordinator to help create and deploy our corporate events, annual meetings and other company-specific events. This is an exciting opportunity to employ your creativity while partnering with leaders from different departments to host multi-day offsites and meetings.
**About You:**
+ You think outside of the box and you're not afraid to share your thoughts and ideas. You are always thinking one step ahead to improve the process and make each event program better, picking up shortcuts and finding ways to streamline as you go
+ You will be running multiple events and meetings at the same time. Everyone will want your help and youll need to be able to switch gears fast
+ You are detail-oriented and spot typos a mile away. You know the difference between affect and effect. You always got A's in grammar (even if you don't want to admit it)
+ You will be planning most events remotely. You need to be able to effectively communicate with your team, vendors, and the real estate operations team in person, over email and via the telephone. Building relationships with these parties is key to being successful in this position
+ You're comfortable working with multiple software solutions, keeping everything connected.
+ You have 2+ years experience working in the event planning industry**The Role:**
+ You will partner with the Events Team to ensure our week-long annual meeting for employees across the US and Canada in January runs seamlessly from beginning to end
+ You will manage meetings for various teams from start to finish, ensuring their space, A/V and food and beverage needs are met. Youll support everything from registration and food and beverage management to answering daily questions from attendees
