*Job Title: *House Supervisor in Skilled Nursing Facility
*Shift Information: *3:00PM - 11:30PM
*Location: *Meadowbrook, PA
*Job Description: *
As an *RN House Supervisor*, you will oversee clinical nursing practice and resident/patient care during shifts, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and standards. You'll collaborate with other supervisors, provide guidance to staff, and act as a resource for employees, representing administration during shift events. Your other duties will include but are not limited to:
* Conduct frequent rounds on the units to monitor patient care and provide staff guidance.
* Uphold consistent standards of safety and care.
* Make sure documentation meets established standards.
* Collaborate with supervisors to address unit-specific concerns, including clinical issues and/or safety needs.
* Respond to any concerns by initiating timely action and documentation, following up with the appropriate manager.
* Mentor new and existing personnel while supporting staff development and staff recognition.
* Collaborate with staffing office in adjusting staffing patterns daily to provide quality resident care on the unit.
* Performs all other duties as assigned.
*Required Qualifications:*
* RN license with 2 years of experience, BSN preferred.
* Previous supervisor experience preferred
* CPR certified
* Must be flexible with scheduling
* Computer experience preferred
* Demonstrates sensitivity to residents emotional, social, mental health, and spiritual needs
